First Month Fundamentals

First Month Fundamentals is for members new to CrossFit. 

It includes a 1 month membership 

beginning with 4 private on-ramp sessions with a coach.


These sessions are designed to introduce you to the movements of CrossFit, prepare you to join the group class, and allow our coaches assess your individual goals and needs.

Week: $50

Drop-In sessions available during regular Crossfit class hours.

Open to all Crossfit athletes with 6+ months of training.
